Consertus Promotes Vasan Srinivasan, PE, to President

Will remain Chief Operating Officer while assuming broader leadership responsibilities.

MIAMI, February 4, 2026 — Consertus today announced the promotion of Vasan Srinivasan, PE, to President. Srinivasan will continue in his role as Chief Operating Officer, while taking on expanded responsibilities to advance the firm’s strategy, operational excellence, and client impact.

Srinivasan brings more than 33 years of leadership in the AEC industry, with expertise spanning strategic planning, operational execution, and driving both organic growth and expansion through strategic acquisitions. He is recognized for building high-performance cultures and strengthening trusted client relationships that accelerate business outcomes.

Srinivasan holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He is also a registered Professional Engineer.
