Consertus Acquires Program Controls, Inc. (PCI) to Expand Program Management, Project Controls & Estimating Services

Expanding Consertus’ capabilities and strengthening our Florida and Texas presence

MIAMI, July 15, 2026 — Consertus, Inc., a portfolio company of RTC Partners, announced that Program Controls, Inc. (PCI) has officially joined the Consertus family, effective December 1, 2025. Headquartered in Miami, Florida, with offices in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Dallas, Texas, PCI adds professionals with expertise across the aviation, water, ports, transportation, education, and commercial sectors. 

PCI’s capabilities in program management, project controls, construction services, and estimating further enhance Consertus’ offerings and ability to support clients across the full lifecycle of complex capital programs.
