Consertus Acquires Metacontrol Ingeniería to Expand Engineering, Asset Integrity, and Digital Transformation Capabilities

MIAMI, July 28, 2026 — Consertus, Inc., a portfolio company of RTC Partners, today announced that Metacontrol Ingeniería (Metacontrol), a Santiago, Chile-based engineering consulting and digital transformation firm, has joined the Consertus family. With offices in Santiago and Mexico City, Metacontrol brings more than 40 years of experience in structural reliability engineering, asset integrity management, and digital transformation, significantly expanding Consertus’ capabilities across Latin America and other key global markets.
