35-hr PMP Preparatory Course
In March of this year, we delivered a 35-hour PMP Preparatory Course to a group of 12 employees from one of our clients. The course covered the complete PMI curriculum to support their journey toward taking the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.
Key Concepts of Project Management
Consertus offered the Fundamentals of Project Management course that covered the most important and relevant concepts used in Project Management. This course was offered to 15 participants.
HAZWOPER 8-Hour Refresher
Another client required the hazardous waste operations and emergency response (HAZWOPER) annual refresher training for employees involved in HAZWOPER. Participants reviewed hazardous material risks and key safety measures to prevent exposure. The training also reinforced proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for emergency situations, best practices to minimize site hazards, and decontamination procedures to ensure ongoing safety.
HAZWOPER 40-Hour Training
This training that we conducted for one of our clients was required by OSHA for all employees who may be exposed to safety or health hazards in their work. The course covered the regulatory overview, physical, chemical, and biological hazards, hazardous materials toxicology, usage of PPE, respiratory protection, basics of environmental sample collection, and decontamination procedures. Training included practical exercises throughout the program and culminated in a final practice session to reinforce all skills learned.
