LA Metro’s large-scale expansion program to prepare for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles includes a significant size and aggressive implementation schedule for delivering LA Metro’s Capital Program.
With such a large and complex portfolio, LA Metro needs consistent program controls, procedures, and training to manage project delivery across planning, design, and construction.
Consertus, under the Program Control Support Services (PCSS) contract, is providing critical advisory and delivery support.
Through PCSS, Consertus
supports LA Metro by:
- Assisting in managing and supporting the delivery of the LA Metro’s Capital Program
- Providing advisory and delivery staff support depending on LA Metro’s transit, highway, regional rail, and other capital improvements program needs
- Serving as advisors, managers, and support as an extension of LA Metro’s technical staff
- Supporting the oversight and completion of ongoing and future work with the management and planning of LA Metro’s Capital Program
