Roy Block

With over 33 years of experience in the AEC industry, Roy Block has built a distinguished career founding, scaling, and leading high-performing consulting firms through both organic and acquisitive growth. As former CEO of Anchor Enterprises and R.W. Block Consulting, Inc., he successfully executed strategic acquisitions to broaden service offerings, expand into new markets, and deliver sustained value.

In addition to his executive leadership roles, Roy has served on the boards of several AEC firms, where he provided strategic guidance on growth planning, operational integration, and exit strategies.

Roy holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University, a Master of Science in Information Technology Administration and Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, an MBA from Rollins College, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
