He has a proven track record in both financial and commercial operations, with deep expertise in financial planning and analysis, strategic planning, and corporate development. Chris has successfully led mergers and acquisitions, growth initiatives, and cross-border strategies, consistently driving operational efficiency and long-term value creation. He holds a B.A. from Valparaiso University and an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from the University of Illinois Chicago. In 2023, Chris was awarded the CFO of the Year Award from the Environmental Financial Consulting Group. He is a licensed CPA (inactive) in the State of Illinois.
