Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), owned by the City of Austin and operated by the Department of Aviation, has an estimated economic impact of over $7 billion on the Central Texas region and supports 74,000 jobs. In 2023, AUS served a record-breaking 22 million passengers, marking a more than 25% increase compared to the pre-pandemic benchmark year of 2019. In response to rapid passenger and airline growth, AUS launched the Journey With AUS program—a multi-year capital improvement initiative to modernize and expand the airport.

Our team is delivering integrated program-level oversight, control, compliance, and auditing services. Included in the oversight solution is a review of AUS’s processes, tools, and systems to design a bespoke approach to successfully partner in delivering this world-class capital improvement program.
Furthermore, digital tools will be deployed to automate routine tasks, such as data entry, quality checks, and digital-based Q&A support, enhancing overall project oversight for both airport staff and the broader team.
The Digital Assessment and Systems Integration will integrate data from multiple source systems (e.g., Procore, Accounting Systems, P6, SharePoint), normalize and validate it, and present actionable insights through proven dashboards. Furthermore, digital tools are being developed to automate routine tasks, enhancing overall program oversight and project delivery for both airport staff and the broader team.
