Matthew Hendrix

Matthew Hendrix brings more than 16 years of diverse legal experience to Consertus. He has counseled companies across the full business lifecycle—from early-stage startups to IPO-ready enterprises and established public companies. Most recently, he served as General Counsel for companies operating at the intersection of energy, infrastructure, and construction. Matthew holds a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas at Austin, a M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
